As we teach classes from for most of the day (weekends) and in the evening (mid-week) we cannot check or respond to emails and calls whilst training. As we work on a Saturday & Sunday, we have our 'weekend' on a Wednesday & Thursday.
Training Hours:
Monday - Tuesday - 6:45pm - 7:45pmSaturday & Sunday - 7.30am - 3.00pm
Most emails are answered within 24-48 hours during our opening hours. We do not work Wednesday & Thursdays so calls/emails received from late Tuesday until Friday morning will not be responded to until Friday at the earliest.
As we are often conducting private consultations during the week we have a live answering service who can handle very basic enquires. Our reception service provide email us immediately upon taking your call and we will respond to you as soon as we possibly can.
